Preparation / Directions:coat chicken with butter and oil broil or grill for 5 minutes per side, basting often season with salt, white pepper, and cayenne to taste combine vinegar, mustard, shallots, garlic, thyme, cumin, and cayenne-mix well slowly blend in just enough remaining oil and butter to thicken-mix well brush onto chicken to coat liberally coat with breadcrumbs drizzle lightly with oil and butter mixture broil or grill until juices run clear when pierced with a fork serve hot
