Preparation / Directions:Place cabbage slices in a baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper;
cover. Bake at 375=B0 F for about 20 min. or until almost tender. =20
Meanwhile, coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Dust breasts
with paprika. Add the breasts to the COLD skillet. Cook over medium heat
until underside of the breast browns; turn breast to brown other side.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes, adding a little water if
necessary to keep from scorching.
Arrange apples and onions on cabbage. Sprinkle with lemon peel,
caraway, and sugar. Top with browned breasts. Cover; bake until chicken is
tender, 25-30 min.
Uncover; top with cheese. Return to oven for 5 min. or until cheese=
melts.
