Preparation / Directions:Smoke or roast the chicken according to the instructions with your grill. Or roast it in the oven. Cut the romaine lettuce into 2" pieces and arrange it on 2 separate platters. Combine the yogurt, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and raisins in a bowl and mix well. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and garnish with apple chunks. Cut the chicken into 8 pieces and arrange the pieces on the two lettuce beds. Serve while the chicken is hot.
