FRUITED TURKEY SALAD

Ingredients:


3 cups Cut-up cooked turkey -- Or chicken

3/4 cup Seedless grape halves

2 medium Stalks celery -- thinly sliced

2 medium Green onions (with tops) -- Thinly sliced

11 ounces mandarin orange -- Segments, drained

8 ounces sliced water -- Chestnuts, drained

6 ounces lemon -- peach or yogurt (about 2/3 c

2 tablespoons Soy sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix turkey, grapes, celery, onions, orange segments and water chestnuts. Mix yogurt and soy sauce. Pour over turkey mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
