Ingredients:


12 cups chicken soup

5 large beaten eggs

1 bunch chopped parsley

1 Medium minced cooked chicken -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


heat soup broth until it comes to a boil. Pour beateneggs into the broth and stir with a wire whisk until the eggs are set.
