Preparation / Directions:Combine dressing ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate. Wash spinach thoroughly and remove stems. Slice into 1/2 inch strips. Wash and core cabbage. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Dry and crisp in the refrigerator.
Combine greens and remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well. Add dressing to taste and retoss. Reserve dressing may be stored in a covered glass container in the refrigerator.
