Chicken Vegetable Bake

1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 whole chicken or pieces -- (3 lb.)
1/4 cup oil
1 can small onions OR frozen pearl onions -- (8 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Preparation / Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients and coat chicken. Brown in oil and put In casserole. Add onions, carrots and mushrooms. Blend remaining flour mixture in skillet to make paste with sugar and ginger; add orange juice and 3/4 cup water. Stir until bubbly. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake in 350F oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serve over rice.
