Preparation / Directions:In large skillet heat butter and oil. Saute chicken on both sides until brown. Remove from pan. In same skillet swirl wine; add garlic, tomatoes, anchovy, olives and basil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken, cover, simmer until tender, about 30 minutes.
