Preparation / Directions:Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saut‚ quickly until browned. Remove from pan.
Saut‚ onions and mushrooms until lightly browned.
Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
