Preparation / Directions:In a plastic bag, combine the chicken cutlets with the flour, salt, and pepper. Shake to coat well. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken cutlets and cook on each side for about 4-5 minutes. Add the cherries, cherry juice, preserves, and brandy. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Spoon the cherry juice over the chicken and serve.
