Preparation / Directions:In large soup pot lightly coated with oil, saute sausage for 2 minutes. Add chicken and saute both until almost done. Add peppers, onions, garlic, basil, pepper, thyme, parsley and salt. Cook until vegetables begin to soften. Add white wine and bring to a boil. Add the juice from the whole tomatoes, chop the tomatoes and add. Reheat when ready to serve. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
