Candied Chicken

Ingredients:


3 pounds whole chicken -- cut up

1/4 cup onion -- chopped

3/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup prepared mustard

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Coat chicken with flour. Fry till barely golden. Place in pyrex casserole dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serving Ideas : Serve over warm rice.
