Ingredients:


1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon candied ginger

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 cup water chestnuts

1/8 teaspoon curry powder

1 cup cooked chicken

1 pound assorted savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a food processor pulse just to blend well spoon into a plastic-lined mold cover and chill for 4-48 hours unmold onto a serving platter serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with savory crackers to the side
