Preparation / Directions:Cook chicken and beef in water with salt added. Simmer un- dl tender. Remove meat from broth and cool, then discard bones. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Return beef and chicken to broth. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 35 to 40 mInutes or until vegetables are done.
