Preparation / Directions:In a skillet over mediumhigh heat, heat oil. Add chicken and stirfry
until done and juices evaporate. Add soup, soy sauce and garlic. Heat
to a boil. Add thawed vegetables and cook over medium heat until
vegetables are tendercrisp, stirring often. Serve over hot cooked
rice.
* To thaw, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
