Chicken And Veggies, Crockpot

Ingredients:


2 medium skinless boneless chicken breast -- frozen

1 package frozen mixed vegetables

1 can cream of mushroom soup -- reduced fat
 

Preparation / Directions:


--- 1 package egg noodles -- yolkless Take 2 frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts (this is if I use my little crockette-about 1 quart) and put in the crockpot. Add a bag of frozen mixed veggies (I used Veg-all stew cut vegetables because they are in big chunks). Pour a can of cream of whatever, celery, mushroom, chicken, etc (reduced fat of course!) over chick and veggies. Put on the lid and turn on/plug in the crockette. Go to work. Come home. Either put some yolkless wide noodles or rice on the stove and go relax for a little bit. Dinner will be ready shortly. ***NOTE: if you use a big crockpot, you will need to adjust the ingredients accordingly. A green salad would be nice with this dish.
