German Style Wings

Ingredients:


2 pounds chicken wings cut into 2 pieces at joint, tips discarded

4 tablespoons margarine (dont use butter, it will burn)

2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon brown sugar twin

1 tablespoons ketchup lowcarb
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt margarine in a small skillet and put spices to it. Put the sauce in a plastic bag and add wings. Shake, until all wings are covered with sauce, then place on a grill pan and bake for 1/2 hour at 350F.
