Thai Chicken Wings

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons paprika

1 tablespoons garlic

1 1/2 cups fish sauce

1 tablespoons black pepper

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon coriander paste -- *see note

1 medium thai chiles -- to taste

1 Package chicken wings
 

Preparation / Directions:


* if using coriander paste eliminate black pepper and garlic. 1. Blend together all ingredients except chicken wings in a pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Add 2 Tbsp fresh coriander (if not using paste) and chopped chiles to taste. 3. Marinate chicken wings for 1 hour or more. Remove from marinade and bake at 325 (max) for 20-25 minutes.
