Preparation / Directions:* if using coriander paste eliminate black pepper and garlic.
1. Blend together all ingredients except chicken wings in a pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add 2 Tbsp fresh coriander (if not using paste) and chopped chiles to taste.
3. Marinate chicken wings for 1 hour or more. Remove from marinade and bake at 325 (max) for 20-25 minutes.
