Preparation / Directions:Mix all ingredients and distribute between the 5 pieces of foil. Fold into 5"X 2" packets and poke a couple of small holes in the top.
Place 1 packet on top of coals and in a few minutes a fragrant smoke will emerge.
Change the packets every 15 minutes. This particular recipe was made to simulate the flavor of Szechwan smoked duck, but with chicken wings.
