Preparation / Directions:disjoint chicken wings, reserving tips for stock combine remaining ingredients in a food processor process to a very thin puree combine with chicken wings in a bowl, rubbing mixture into wings with your hands (wear rubber gloves) cover and chill for 2-48 hours place wings onto a rack in a foil-lined roasting pan roast @ 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes, turning and basting often serve at room temperature
