Old Genuin's Chicken Wings

Hot and greasy wings


500 Grams defrosted chicken wings
1/3 medium sliced celery
1 Large fat sliced carrot
1 cup creme fraiche
1/2 cup minced blue cheese
3 cups vegetable oil
2 cups butter
1 Tablespoon spirit vinegar
30 milliliter Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce (quite hot)
1 dash salt

Preparation / Directions:

1. Add blue cheese to creme fraiche and blend it carefully. Put to fridge to settle down. 2. Add butter, chili sauce, vinegar and salt to sauce pan and heat till the butter melts. Blend carefully and keep warm. 3. Heat the oil till +180 C and deep fry the wings till golden brown. 4. Add hot wings and sauce to bowl and shake it well.
