delicious melt off the bone buffalo wings


2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 bottle bbq sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 package chicken wings

Preparation / Directions:

boil chicken wings until meat is white in color (just like you would with ribs) this softens and allow the meat to fall right off the bone when eating. While chicken boiling in a large sauce pan melt butter then add all other ingredients and let simmer-all amounts are as you need or prefers. When chicken boiled, add chicken to sauce and let sit in for at least a hour on low.
