Ingredients:

12 pieces chicken wing
12 ounces beer
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 piece bay leaf
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoons water
 

Preparation / Directions:

SEPARATE WINGS AT JOINTS COMBINE CHICKEN, BEER, BAY LEAVES, AND 1 TEASPOON EACH SALT, WHITE PEPPER, AND THYME COVER AND CHILL FOR 4-24 HOURS COMBINE REMAINING 1/4 TEASPOON THYME, OLIVE OIL, WATER, AND 1/2 TEASPOON EACH SALT AND WHITE PEPPER-MIX WELL REMOVE WINGS FROM MARINADE BRUSH WITH OLIVE OIL MIXTURE BROIL OR GRILL FOR 8 MINUTES PER SIDE, BASTING OFTEN WITH OLIVE OIL MIXTURE SERVE HOT
