Ingredients:

24 pieces chicken wing
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
 

Preparation / Directions:

place wings in a casserole bake, covered, @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes remove from casserole drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels arrange wings onto a rack in a foil-lined roasting pan brush with soy and sprinkle with cayenne bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes, turn brush with soy and sprinkle with cayenne bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes remove from oven and arrange onto a serving platter serve hot or cold
