Ingredients:


1 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons yeast flakes

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 cup cashews

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

3 tablespoons carrot -- finely grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy. Use as a sauce over macaroni, broccoli, cauliflower or enchiladas.
