Ingredients:


2 cups jack cheese

8 ounces cream cheese

1 teaspoon fines herbes

1 teaspoon chives

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic

3 teaspoons pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients, except seasoned pepper shape into a ball slightly flatten one side roll in seasoned pepper wrap in plastic and chill 6-12 hours, until firm serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers, breads, or toasts to the side
