Gourmandise with Pine Nuts

Ingredients:


1/4 cup butter

2 cups shelled pine nut

8 piece gourmandise cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pine nuts and saute until golden. Remove from heat. Arrange cheese on individual plates and top with sauteed pine nuts.
