Ingredients:


3 cups cheddar cheese

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1/4 pound canadian bacon

1 teaspoon chives

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup pimiento strips

1/4 teaspoon scallions

3 pounds assorted savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine cheddar, cottage cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, canadian bacon, chives, salt, pepper, and butter in a food processor process until smooth and well blended pour into an ungreased mini-muffin pan cover and chill for 4-48 hours unmold onto a serving platter or individual serving plates garnish as desired serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side
