Preparation / Directions:In blender or food processor, puree cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in pureed cottage cheese mixture. lemon zest, vanilla, and half and half; Set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until smooth and thick. Set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze according to manufacturer's direction
