Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:


2 cans tuna (drained)

1/2 cup celery chopped

3 cups egg noodles uncooked

1 cup sour cream

2 Teaspoons mustard

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon basil

3/4 cup frozen peas

1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 medium tomato chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook noodles and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the tuna, celery, sour cream, mustard, thyme, salt, garlic powder, basil, parmesan, and peas. Blend the ingredients together. Spoon half of the mixture into a baking dish and cover with half of the cheddar cheese. Top with another layer of tuna/noodle mixture and cover with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 °F oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped tomato and serve.
