Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:slice potatoes and onion and cook on stove or in microwave until tender. put on the bottom of a 9x13 pan and then the sausage sliced on top. mix cream of mushroom mixed with a little water (about 1/4 cup) and pour on top of potatoes ans sausage. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake 350 for 1 hour.
