Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:


2 pound ground beef

1 package tater tots

1 can cream of chicken soup

16 ounces mixed shredded cheeses

1 package Lipton onion soup mix optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fry meat in a skillet; drain off fat. Mix in the chicken soup and onion soup mix with the meat and let simmer on low for 10 minutes. Pour combination into casserole dish. Sprinkle half the cheese over the meat. Add single layer of tots over cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tots. Bake at 350° F until tots are golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
