Sweet Potato Casserole 7

Ingredients:


3 pounds sweet potatoes

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup apple cider

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil sweet potatoes, peel, and mash. Add 1/3 cup of butter, cider, and seasonings. Mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
