Mexican Taterpuff Casserole

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

1 package taco seasoning packet

1/2 cup water

1 cup frozen cut corn -- thawed

4 slices american processed cheese

4 cups quik taters -- (potato puffs)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350'F.. Coat 2 1/2 quart casserole with cooking spray. In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add seasoning packet, water and corn. Stir and cook 5 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Layer cheese slices over beef mixture. Spread Quik Taters on top. Bake in 350'F. oven for 15-20 minutes Makes 6 servi
