Deviled Crab

Ingredients:


1 pound crab meat

1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise

1 whole egg -- beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1 tablespoon green bell pepper -- minced

1 tablespoon onion -- minced

1/8 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients except crab in a medium bowl. Mix well. Gently stir in crab meat. Place in small casserole dish or individual baking shells and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
