Ingredients:


6 medium carrots -- sliced

8 medium apples -- sliced

1/2 stick margarine

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Layer apples and carrots in a greased casserole. Sprinkle each layer with salt. Cut margarine into pieces. Arrange on top. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
