Butter-Simmered Carrots

Ingredients:


4 cups raw carrots

15 grams butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Wash, scrape, and slice carrots lengthwise. Put into heavy saucepan with butter, sugar, and salt. Cover closely and simmer until tender. Difficulty : very easy. Precision : approximate measurements.
