Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients:


4 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature

1 pound powdered sugar

2 drops peppermint oil

2 drops tint desired color

4 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature

1 pound powdered sugar

2 drops peppermint oil, to taste

2 drops tint desired color
 

Preparation / Directions:


To cream cheese add peppermint oil and food color (I use Paste color - only use scant amount on tip of tooth pick!!) Add powdered sugar. If dough is sticky kneed in more powdered sugar. Roll into small balls dip in granulated sugar - place in rubber mold that has been coated in granulated sugar. Let dry on wax paper lined cookie sheet till dry. Store in air tight container
