Ingredients:


2 cups white sugar

3/4 cup white karo

1 cup water

4 drops food coloring

1 teaspoon flavoring oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook sugar, Karo and water together to 300 degrees or until it forms a brittle thread when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat, wait until boiling stops. Add 1 dram flavoring oil and food coloring. Pour onto a buttered sheet, cut with buttered shears or crack after it cools.
