Potato Candy 3

Ingredients:


1 cup hot mashed potatoes

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 pounds powdered sugar

1 pound peanut butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix potatoes, salt and powdered sugar. Roll out into a rectangle (like cookie dough). Smear with peanut butter. Roll up and cut into finger sized pieces.
