Ingredients:

1 cup Sugar -- white

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1/2 cup Pineapple -- pulp and juice

1 teaspoon Lemon extract

1 teaspoon Butter

12 medium Marshmallows

1 cup Nut meats

Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
