Ingredients:

---bring to a boil and boil 1 minute:

2 cups white sugar

1 stick margarine

1/3 cup cocoa

1/2 cup milk

1 dash salt

---remove from heat and add:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3 cups raw oatmeal -- quick cooking

1/2 cup nuts -- optional

Beat until firm enough to hold shape. Spoon onto wax paper
