Preparation / Directions:Melt butter and add sugar and water, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover pan and gently boil for about 4 minutes. Uncover and cook to the soft ball stage with out stirring. Pour over popcorn and stir well. Spread out on waxed paper and allow to harden.
