Dirt Cake

This is a good one for the kids.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter or margarine softened

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1/2 cup confectioners sugar

2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix (3.5 oz)

3 1/2 cups milk

12 ounces whipped dessert topping

32 ounces chocolate sandwich cookies

1 medium flower pot well cleaned

1 package artificial flower

1 piece garden trowel well cleaned

Preparation / Directions:

Chop cookies very fine in food processor. The white cream will disappear. Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar in bowl. In a large bowl mix milk, pudding and cool whip together. Combine pudding mixture and cream mixture together. Layer in flower pot, starting with cookies then cream mixture. Repeat layers. Chill until ready to serve. Add artificial flower and trowel. If you like, add gummy worms.
