Sour Cream Bundt Cake

3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Butter Or Margarine -- Softened
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3 large eggs
1 cup Chopped Nuts

Preparation / Directions:

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda, sugar, and cinnamon into bowl. Add butter, sour cream, and vanilla. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to stir speed and mix until ingredients are combined, about 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to speed 4 and beat for 1 1/2 minutes. Stop and scrape bowl. Turn to stir speed and add eggs, one at a time, beating 15 seconds after each addition. Turn to speed 2 and beat 30 seconds. Reduce to stir speed and quickly add nuts, about 15 seconds. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and cool on wire racks.
