Crawfish tails and rice
 

Ingredients:


2 packages shelled and cooked crawfish tails.

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of shrimp soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can ro-tel(tomatos and green chiles)

1 medium onion chopped

1 medium bell pepper chopped

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large pot Saute' bell peppers and onions in olive oil until tender Add all soups and ro-tel simmer 15 min stirring occasionally rinse crawfish tails in colander,shake off excess water and add to pot. simmer for 10 mins stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
