Lemon-Bourbon Sauce

Ingredients:


1/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/4 cup bourbon

3/4 teaspoon lemon rind -- grated

4 teaspoons lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan; stir in water. 2. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. 3. Remove from heat; stir in butter until melted. 4. Add bourbon, lemon rind and juice; mix well. until fish flakes easily.
