Catfish Balls

Ingredients:


2 cups flaked catfish

2 cups mashed potatoes

1 large egg

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

3 Cup deep-fat frying oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bake or steam catfish. Best way is with a pressure cooker. Remove fish from bones and flake. Blend flaked fish, mashed potatoes, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Shape into balls and fry until golden brown.
