1 cup Jarisberg cheese -- shredded

3 tablespoons pimiento strips

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 dash black pepper

1 1/2 cups half-and-half

3 large eggs -- slightly beaten

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
