Creole Sauce

Ingredients:


1 can Italian-style tomatoes -- (28oz)

1/2 can tomato paste -- (6oz)

1/2 cup bell pepper -- chopped, red/grn

1/2 cup celery -- chopped

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

1/3 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently 15 to 20 minutes. NOTE: Great on vegetables, meats or poultry, too.
